**What you will do:**
The Sous Chef is responsible for creating menu items and food preparation consistent with expectations of restaurant quality meals.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Preparation of breakfast, lunch and/or dinner meals.
+ Responsible for opening and closing of kitchen.
+ Duties also include general cleaning and maintain sanitation of kitchen.
**What you will need:**
+ Professional Cooking experience
+ Prior Sous Chef experience preferred
+ Restaurant experience in fine dining establishment preferred
+ Food preparation specific to special diets
+ High School Diploma or GED
Pay Range: $17.85 - $23.80
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
