**Description:**
You will be responsible for the supervision and execution of all BBQ and grill-related culinary operations. This includes overseeing preparation, cooking, and presentation of barbecue dishes, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, and leading a team to deliver memorable guest dining experiences with a focus on grilled and smoked cuisine.
**Qualifications:**
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional kitchen experience with at least 2 years in a similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise in barbecue/grill cooking styles – including smoking, open-fire, char-grilling, and rotisserie.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
