We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to the needs of our guests and operations. Some days additional hours may be required for the role. **About you:** 1. Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end kitchen, preferably within an International Hotel Company 2. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills 3. A passion for culinary excellence and innovation 4.
