What will I be doing?

\n

As a Sous Chef, you are responsible for contributing to menu creation and managing and training the kitchen brigade to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Sous Chef will also be required to manage food cost controls. 

\n\nContribute to menu creation\nManage and train the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organised and motivated team\nEnsure consistency in quality of dishes at all times\nEnsure a smooth operation in the absence of the Head Chef\nEnsure resources meet business needs through the effective management of working rotas\nSupport brand standards through the training and assessment of your team\nManage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue\nKnowledge of activities in other departments and implications\nEnsure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards\n\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nStrong Junior Sous or previous Sous Chef Experience\nApproaches food in a creative way\nStrong supervisory skills\nPositive attitude\nGood communication skills\nCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service\nExcellent grooming standards\nExcellent planning and organising skills\nWillingness to learn\nAbility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings\n\n
