Job Description Summary

The purpose of this position is to optimize sourcing that supports internal Facilities Management operations and capital projects that serves our external Clients. This would include supplier onboarding, contracting, COI administration, database management, client reporting, RFP events and other related initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Compiles, analyzes and condenses data related to spend history, forecasting and benchmarkingOversees the receipt, tracking and organization of supplier documents related to onboarding and ongoing supplier managementEngages with suppliers to obtain pricing and scope specifications based on client and CW requirementsHelp lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliersInterfaces with internal customers and clientsAssist with all sourcing-related functions: performing due diligence and assessment of prospective suppliers, executing RFPs/bids and ensuring effective transition to operations during implementation. Provide management, instruction and follow-up in support of operations teams RFP/bid, contracting, supplier onboarding and operational processes. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations. Ensure compliance to CW and client sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics. Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management. Other duties may be assigned. Support and assist development of diversity and sustainability programs in accordance with clients and company requirements.


 REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE

Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of dataProficient in Microsoft Suite: Smartsheet, Excel, Power Point, WordCollege degree and/or 3+ years of related experienceExcellent Inter-personal skills, organizational skills, strong analytical abilityExcellent communication skills – oral and written.Demonstrated ability to manage change and be adaptable; own and modify processes as it best suits your client.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $76,469.40 - $89,964.00
