This is an exciting role where you will learn to use market insights and data analysis to work with different partners to start and shape new market trends. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes
**How you will contribute**
You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

**POSITION PURPOSE**
The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for Facilities, Energy & Utilities. The position holder has to ensure a healthy supply base capable to support the business needs, to deliver long term competitive advantages both in terms of innovation and financial contribution (productivity/cashflow benefits), to comply with Mondelez standards and policies.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
Sourcing/Vendor Negotiation/Contract Management
• The position is responsible for category management of Indirect Materials, specifically Facilities, Energy & Utilities.
• Conduct spend analysis and create sourcing strategies for high spend/critical services
• Plan, manage and execute the tender process, contract negotiations, development and execution activities in a timely manner
• Communicate sourcing strategies, negotiation results, vendor and contract changes to local stakeholders for alignment prior to execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders for the implementation of productivity initiatives, specification changes, new vendor onboarding, etc. Value delivery
• Support achievement of AMEA Logistics & Manufacturing Goals & KPIs, including but not limited to productivity/savings, payment terms improvement, innovation Compliance
• Uphold responsibilities and business controls;
• Actively ensure and maintain compliance to Global Procurement Policies and Procedures Stakeholder Management/Vendor Management/Risk Management
• Collaborate with regional as well as local counterparts and stakeholders to leverage on ensuring timely execution of projects/contracts and delivery of services at best value.
• Support local teams on vendor performance management/KPI monitoring
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
• Bachelor’s degree in BA or relevant majors
• At least 3 years of procurement experience or FM industry knowledge
• Advanced negotiation skills, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Good presentation skills
• Good command of English
