You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes

How you will contribute

You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

Sourcing Specialist – Corporate & Professional Services (CPS) Procurement, Latin America

The CPS Sourcing Specialist supports the development of Corporate & Professional Services (CPS) procurement for Mondelez in the Latin America region. Working closely with business units, regional, and global teams, the role maximizes savings and value contribution while safeguarding supplier service levels and ensuring full policy compliance. Beyond traditional sourcing and negotiation duties, the position leverages modern digital and analytical tools to transform data into actionable insights that enhance decision‑making and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:Lead strategic sourcing events across a diverse range of indirect categories including HR, Consulting, Temp Labor, R&D, Company Vehicles, Travel, and other CPS categories.Ensure all sourcing activities comply with legal requirements, MDLZ procurement processes, quality, and environmental standards; supporting internal and external audits as needed.Identify and propose initiatives to generate cost savings, improve service levels, and enhance MDLZ's financial performance.Maximize negotiation performance through the application of procurement best practices.Drive continuous alignment with Business Unit (BU), regional, and global strategies.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for key projects, global tenders, and knowledge sharing.Monitor supplier service levels, investigate root causes of performance issues, and drive the implementation of corrective actions to ensure optimal supplier performance.Support the implementation of MDLZ and CPS data initiatives. Enhance the data quality for future automation and interactive Power BI dashboards to provide comprehensive procurement analytics.

Expertise:Strong sourcing focus and commitment with demonstrated negotiation skills.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.Experience with e‑sourcing suites such as Coupa CSO and their analytics modules preferred.Language: Fluent Portuguese, Fluent English and intermediate Spanish, written and oral.Advanced analytical skills: Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) dashboard development.Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis is a plus.Knowledge of spend‑cube, TCO, cost‑to‑serve frameworks, and savings methodologies.
