Sourcing Specialist
Purpose of the position
Are you ready to start your career in sourcing and grow in an international environment?
We are looking for an energetic and communicative person to join our HT team as a Sourcing Specialist (Junior/Mid level). In this role, you’ll support our sourcing organization, manage suppliers, and collaborate closely with R&D and other departments.
This is a fixed-term position (maternity cover).
Main tasks and responsibilities
+ Manage suppliers within assigned categories (fasteners, hydraulics, cylinders)
+ Support sourcing projects in cooperation with R&D and other stakeholders
+ Negotiate with suppliers focusing on quality, delivery, and cost
+ Monitor supplier performance and maintain related data in ERP and reporting tools (Clicksense, Sievo, LN, Sovelia, Google environment)
+ Support new product introduction processes
What Success Looks Like (6–12 months)
+ Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
+ Independent management of assigned categories with measurable results (savings, process improvements)
+ Contribution to projects delivered on time and with high quality
What you’ll need to succeed
+ University degree in Logistics, Marketing, Management, or related fields
+ First experience in sourcing/purchasing is a plus, but junior profiles are welcome
+ English at minimum B2 level – collaboration with international colleagues is required
+ Advanced Excel skills
+ Negotiation and communication abilities
+ Openness to new challenges, energetic and communicative personality
Nice-to-have:
+ Ability to read technical drawings
+ ERP system knowledge
