Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic TA team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and prequalifying candidates, as well as collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet our staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Focus on sourcing and building a robust candidate pipeline to meet the organization's hiring needs. Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers: Partner with recruiters during intake meetings to understand the specific requirements of hiring managers and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Job Postings and Application Review: Manage job postings across various channels and review job applications at least twice a week to identify potential candidates. Candidate Screening and Prequalification: Filter and prequalify candidates, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria and are available for interviews. CV Sharing and Coordination: Share qualified CVs with hiring managers and recruiters, facilitating a smooth interview process. Employee Referral Program: Encourage referrals from new joiners and maintain familiarity with our Employee Referral Program to leverage internal networks. Internal Job Announcements: Ensure consistent communication of internal job vacancies and promotions to foster internal mobility. Applicant Tracking System Proficiency: Be proficient and comfortable using our applicant tracking system and screening tools to streamline the recruitment process. Data Accuracy and Tracking: Track candidate sources and ensure the accuracy of recruitment data, providing reliable information to recruiters.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Sourcing or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
