Job Requirements
Identifying potential talent sources through Social media, professional networks, and other efficient sourcing techniques. Building a robust candidate pipeline for the company’s present and future requirements. Evaluating and refreshing an organization’s talent data and potential needs. Developing and executing successful  strategies by working closely with the recruitment team. Conveying the measurable and qualitative impact of their contributions across the organization. Negotiating with chosen candidates to minimize the overall cost per hire. Examining current market trends and forecasting the future workforce needs of the organization. Cultivating enduring relationships with passive candidates through their connections. Participating in seminars and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and expand a solid professional network. 

Work Experience
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources, or a related field. Minimum of 6 months of prior experience in the (preferred industry type) sector. Comprehensive knowledge of various recruitment methodologies,Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Attentive to detail with strong time management and organizational skills. Creative thinker with the capacity to excel in dynamic environments. Adaptable team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
