As a Sourcing Specialist at Global Payments Process Centre, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing team. Based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you utilizing your expertise in candidate engagement to support the company's ambitious goals.

Reporting to the Sourcing lead, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and screening high-calibre candidates across a range of exciting roles. This is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

Actively source, screen, and assess candidates from diverse channels to build a robust talent pipelineLeverage various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify qualified candidatesConduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fitCollaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and effectively match candidatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process, including candidate data and progressProvide regular updates and progress reports to the Talent Acquisition teamContribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies

What we're looking for

Minimum of 1 year experience in sourcing, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industryStrong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniquesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and internal stakeholdersAbility to organize events for leads generationProficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approachPreferably with digital sourcing experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
