PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To support strategic sourcing plans in order to develop a talent pipeline for the current and future staffing needs of the organization using social media, sourcing techniques, employer branding, and cold-calling; to maintains an active talent pipeline. Manage full cycle staffing activities associated within a designated region.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

Develops and executes sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates using social media, referrals, cold-calling, job boards, and industry events.Implements tracking mechanisms and maintains a competitor candidate database to support passive and competitive sourcing efforts.Builds and maintains talent pipelines through relationship management and sourcing technologies, including Boolean search and internet mining.Collaborates with the talent acquisition team to align sourcing strategies with market trends and support candidate selection.Manages recruiting budget and third-party vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and maintaining a preferred supplier list.Screens, interviews, and assesses candidates; maintains applicant data using electronic recruiting systems.Provides staffing metrics and retention insights to regional leadership; advises on turnover trends.Trains and supports hiring managers and HR staff on recruiting software, behavioral interviewing, and staffing best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED requiredSkills: Strong oral and written communication, computer literate – including Microsoft Office, organizational skills required

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $30.00-$37.00/hr. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
