You will become part of a skilled and supportive procurement team located in Nordborg, and report to the Senior Manager of Procurement in Denmark. **Job Responsibilities** As a **Sourcing Project Specialist** , you will support sourcing activities in different projects by acting as the link between procurement, internal project teams, and external suppliers. Your main tasks will include: + Coordinating supplier involvement in projects in alignment with Category Managers. + Supporting the collection and organization of sourcing data and documentation. + Assisting with supplier communication and follow-ups. + Preparing sourcing-related input for project meetings and status reports. + Ensuring procurement tasks stay on track according to project timelines. + Helping mitigate supply-related risks by supporting supplier assessments and qualifications. You will work closely with colleagues from R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality, ensuring a smooth flow of information and task execution across teams. **Background & Skills** The ideal candidate has experience within procurement or sourcing coordination, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment. You are service-minded, organized, and enjoy being the go-to person for keeping procurement activities aligned and on time within development projects.
