Our Sourcing Team provides support for regional and global projects in our Flexible Pipe Systems business. We engage and collaborate with regional and global sourcing and procurement teams.

Baker Hughes is looking for this role to contribute to procurement strategy and plan, supporting our Flexible Pipes Systems business growth, delivering the best products and services to our customers.
As a Sourcing & Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Contributing to Procurement operations & strategy and plan to support business growth plan.
Overseeing UK Solutions daily activities, managing purchasing process from inquiry to order up to accounts payable.
Working independently, supervising and managing procurement operations.
Leading negotiations with suppliers. Manages suppliers onboarding (vendor and product qualification).
Developing and implementing best practices ensuring operational excellence.
Managing and monitoring supplier compliance and performance against established contracts, POs and processes.
Fostering active daily use of continuous improvement tools to improve HS&E, quality, delivery, financial performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes health, safety and environmental policies, legal compliance requirements.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or equivalent field of study
Have proven experience in Sourcing / Procurement for direct (Electronic Components) and indirect spend (MRO, CAPEX and Manpower Hiring).
Have professional certification in CIPS / APICS.
Have good oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Have the ability to communicate with internal customers and suppliers.
Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
