To complete our Operations Procurement Jersey Team, we are looking for a Sourcing & Planning Manager (m/f/d).
What you can expect:
\nYearly and Seasonal Capacity Management: Define, steer, and monitor yearly and seasonal capacity planning across the entire supplier portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\nOperationalization of Sourcing Strategy: Take full responsibility for translating the annual sourcing strategy into actionable plans by managing style-vendor allocations in line with agreed yearly and seasonal capacities.\nSupplier Portfolio: support the optimization of the supplier portfolio, including managing procurement processes, overseeing supplier onboarding and offboarding, and leading negotiations with suppliers.\nPDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act): Develop and implement corrective actions to optimize on-time delivery and manage reallocations in close collaboration with Product Development and Buying teams.\nData Analysis & Visualization: Prepare in-depth analyses and presentations to support concept and strategy development, as well as provide ad-hoc analytics for Senior Management.\nModeration of Meetings: Lead regular meetings with vendors to address all planning-related topics, including the communication of yearly and seasonal plans.\nProject Participation: Lead or actively participate in international and cross-departmental projects, with a particular focus on the TWIN Supply Planning Initiative.\n
Your profile:
\nAcademic economic degree\nAt least 5 years of professional experience in procurement within the textile supply chain\nProduct and supply chain know how\nStrong analytical thinking\nProject management skills\nGood communication and negotiation skills\nProficiency in English, both written and spoken (German language skills are an advantage)\n\n
