Description
We’re looking for an experienced Indirect Sourcing Manager to lead procurement strategies across non-product categories. This role focuses on optimizing supplier performance, reducing costs, and supporting business operations through strategic sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sourcing for indirect categories (e.g., logistics, services, facilities).
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing with business needs.
Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 5+ years of Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain experience.
Strong math, business analytical, and presentation skills
Ability to manage and prioritize critical activities independently in a fast-paced continuously changing environment.
Leadership Presence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs is required (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Project, etc.).
Ability to lead a cross functional team, strong communication and relationship building skills required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
