How you will create an impact
+ Enable the Source to Pay strategy for Global Sourcing & Procurement in Fieldglass, including business user adoption and improved buying channel compliance across global business units
+ Lead business process and technology discussions to support the onboarding of new procurement technologies, enhancing existing technologies and integrating disparate procurement tools
+ Advance the self-service and event status reporting capabilities in Fieldglass to further empower team members to make informed decisions with data.
+ Create and manage supplier enablement strategy in Fieldglass to support spend compliance goals and metrics and supplier rationalization initiatives
+ Create and manage non-employee worker strategy in Fieldglass to support compliant and timely onboarding and offboarding of the global non-employee workforce, estimated at 25,000 non-employee workers globally.
+ Drive continuous improvements across the Fieldglass solutions to improve end user experience
+ Provide leadership oversight to offshore IT support and monitor application uptime, timely issue resolution, BAU support quality and process improvements
+ Provide leadership oversight to offshore COE team to ensure the SOP’s and supporting processes are aligned with the Fieldglass solution, new capability deployments and GS&PS Leadership direction
+ Expand the global help desk and system administration functions for the Fieldglass solutions globally
+ Partner with Audit and Risk teams to maintain Fieldglass solutions with adherence to audit, risk and privacy compliance requirements for SOX
+ This is a client facing role which will interact with all levels of client leadership. The qualified candidate must be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner with peers, other team members, and clients
What you’ll need to succeed
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass CRM, SOW and Profile Worker modules
+ Strong experience deploying large scale system deployments, including change management, training and communications
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Prior experience of working in the procurement & sourcing setting
+ Ability to work cross functionally across multiple teams
+ Strong leadership experience for a team of business analysts, offshore IT and third-party vendor teams supporting the Fieldglass application and projects
+ Data driven mindset, with a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics; Masters or MBA preferred.
+ Self-motivated, directed, and detail oriented.
+ Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
+ Must be able to work with Global teams and operate in a Flexible work schedule.
+ Travel up to 25% estimated, including international travel.
