**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Sourcing and Contract Manager** to join our **Procurement team** , specializing in **Technology and IT Services** . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing sourcing events, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, and working with Master Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and amendments. This role demands expertise in technology procurement—including software, hardware, cloud services, and IT consulting—and the ability to drive cost optimization and vendor performance. Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking are essential to deliver value and innovation across the tech category. **Job Requirements** Strategic Responsibilities + Develop and execute category strategies for technology sourcing, aligned with business objectives and market dynamics. + Conduct market intelligence and supplier benchmarking to identify emerging technologies and innovative sourcing opportunities. + Lead vendor rationalization and make-vs-buy analysis to optimize the tech supplier base and reduce complexity. + Partner with IT and business leaders to align sourcing strategies with technology roadmaps and transformation initiatives. + Drive risk mitigation and contractual compliance across technology engagements. Tactical Responsibilities + Manage sourcing events for technology-related goods and services, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement. + Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements. + Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including Master Agreements, SOWs, SaaS agreements, and amendments. + Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external tech vendors. + Utilize Oracle Cloud Procurement tools to manage sourcing workflows and reporting. + Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and risk management protocols. + Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and vendor engagement. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, Finance, and Business Units. **Education** + Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution. + 8–10 years of experience in Global Strategic Sourcing, with a strong focus on Technology and IT Services. + Proven experience in contract lifecycle management, including drafting and negotiation. + Familiarity with Master Agreements, SOWs, SaaS contracts, and related documentation. + Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement. + Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. 131195 At NetApp, we embrace a hybrid working environment designed to strengthen connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees.
