Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain contracts and spot purchase orders in various systems to ensure accurate and complete information.Supporting the buy team.Confirm and file contracts and purchase orders.Proactively engage with suppliers and follow up on related matters.Verify payment terms and coordinate resolution of other exceptional notices.Coordinate the setup and review of vendor master data.Provide additional transactional support as assigned by supervisor.Collaborate with other procurement colleagues to develop and share best practices, and improve procurement processes.

Key Competency & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above.A minimum of 3 year of professional experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, customer service or service center is required.Proficient in both oral and written Korean is a must. A good command of English is preferred.Knowledge and experience with SAP or other mainstream ERPs are a plus.Proficiency in data analysis, and great attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player and customer service oriented. Capable of working efficiently in a cross- functional and cross-business environment.Demonstrates high business ethics and adherence to principles.
