As a Sourcing and Procurement Manager here at Honeywell, you\nwill be accountable for designing and implementing innovative and efficient\nsourcing and procurement solutions. You will play a critical role in driving\nthe digital transformation of our sourcing and procurement processes, leveraging\ntechnology and data analytics to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. You will\nreport directly to our IT Director, and you'll work out of our Morris Plains\nlocation on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity\nto make a significant impact by:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand\nbusiness requirements and design end to-end sourcing and procurement solutions\nlike SAP SRM, Ariba, Ivalua and other procurement applications to support the\nSource to Pay process, P2P, MM, including master data management, purchasing\ndocuments, and invoice verification
- Developing and\nimplementing technology solutions, such as e-sourcing platforms and procurement\nsystems, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Leveraging data\nanalytics and business intelligence tools to identify trends, insights, and\nopportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Providing guidance\nand facilitating to stakeholders on best practices and industry trends in\nsourcing and procurement
- Managing the implementation and integration of sourcing\nand procurement solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and user satisfaction
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business\nrequirements and design end-to-end sourcing and procurement solutions

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sourcing and\nprocurement, with a focus on SAP technology solutions
• Implementing new functionalities and updates within the S/4\nHANA system to improve procurement efficiency is a plus
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes and\nbest practices
• Experience in designing and implementing technology\nsolutions, such as e-sourcing platforms and procurement systems
• Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence\ntools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
