Sourcing Analyst (Hybrid)

**What you will do:**
The Sourcing Analyst will provide reporting and analysis on key Sourcing metrics for a Sourcing team located in the US and Costa Rica. They will also be involved in intra-departmental communications and will be a key contributor/support-player to higher level managers by providing administrative support.
+ Create and maintain spend and cost savings projections for suppliers using data from ERP system (SAP) and via Finance partners. Weekly updates and adjustments, as well as final monthly reconciliation activities
+ Own all material costing activities, including annual cost roll and budget projections
+ Ownership of the Approved Supplier List - processing new supplier additions and changes with Sourcing management per our quality processes
+ Serve as main Sourcing interface for supplier maintenance and reporting with Redmond ERP (SAP)
+ Coordinate special purchasing requests as requested by Sourcing management
+ Serve as central point of contact for all supplier reporting as required for supplier negotiations, strategy building, and team presentations.
**What you need:**
+ 3+ years experience in purchasing, marketing, manufacturing, quality, or other relevant field within a manufacturing environment.
+ Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Related Discipline
+ Ability to effectively communicate and present information to suppliers, team members, team leaders, and top management.
+ Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and levels both internally and externally.
+ Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies & cost reduction methodologies.
+ Knowledge of supplier metrics & measurement methodologies and supporting systems.
+ PC Literate (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of project management tools is desirable.
