Sourcing Analyst
Description We are looking for a skilled Sourcing Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize vendor relationships, manage procurement processes, and ensure compliance with company policies. The position is 100% remote and much be able to work PST hours. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and expanding industry. Responsibilities: • Develop and refine strategic sourcing strategies to support procurement initiatives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies. • Manage the contract review process, coordinating with legal and other subject matter experts as needed. • Conduct supplier evaluations and implement rationalization plans to enhance vendor performance and reduce costs. • Establish and oversee the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and off-boarding processes. • Analyze spending patterns and financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support contract negotiations. • Deliver training to internal teams on procurement best practices, tools, and policies. • Resolve performance issues with suppliers to maintain effective and timely service delivery. • Provide support for change management initiatives related to procurement processes and tools. • Contribute to ad hoc projects to support overall procurement and sourcing goals. Requirements • 2-3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in a technology-driven environment. • Bachelor’s degree in related field. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels. • Proven ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with purchase orders and contract negotiations. • Experience in fintech, banking, or financial markets is a plus. • Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and/or blockchain technology is preferred. • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. ** Pay rate is dependent on experience and location in US.
