We are seeking an experienced and visionary Source2Contract Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive sourcing and contract management program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining processes, establishing standards, driving change management and deploying digital solutions using Coupa technology to transform our procurement function. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Program Development:** Design and develop a robust Source-to-Contract (S2C) program, including defining processes, standards, and best practices to optimize sourcing and contract management. + **Digital Transformation:** Lead the deployment of Coupa technology to digitize and automate S2C processes, ensuring seamless downstream integration and adoption across the organization. + **Change Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:** Build up a community around S2C processes, drive change management initiatives to support the transition to digital procurement, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement. + **Process Improvement:** Continuously evaluate and refine S2C processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and compliance, leveraging Coupa's advanced capabilities. + **Standards and Compliance:** Establish and enforce procurement standards and policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines. + **Performance Metrics:** Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the S2C program and drive continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master preferred + Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing & contract management, with a focus on program development and digital transformation. + Proficiency in using Coupa technology for Source-to-Contract processes.
