We seek a System of Support Inclusion (MFH) to join our team in Visalia, CA. The ideal candidate will provide support and guidance to individuals with disabilities to help them achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized support plans for clients with disabilities. Provide direct support and assistance to clients in various settings. Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive support for clients. Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust support plans as needed. Advocate for clients' rights and access to services and resources. Qualifications:

Education and Experience Requirements Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Special Education. Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, and one of the following: Completion of at least 48 college semester units, or Possession of a valid NCLB Paraprofessional Certification. Specialized Training: Formal training in Special Education (certification preferred). Documented experience with applied behavioral strategies. Training in supporting students with toileting needs (preferred). Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training (preferred). Handle With Care training (preferred). Experience: Minimum of one year working directly with students exhibiting behavioral challenges in an educational setting. Demonstrated experience collaborating within a team to implement behavior intervention plans.
