The PositionThe SOP Expert is responsible for ASPIRE/S4 global SOP management and training implementation. The SOP Expert is the full SOP lifecycle management and training management due to the process or system changes. This position requires close collaboration with global teams to ensure all the SOP local contacts/owner comply with standards, approved, and implemented in a timely manner. The expert will achieve results in complex environments and be responsible for the SOP management, training execution, and lead the projects and monitor the BPM KPI.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for SOP management and training implement
Assessment: coordinate local owners evaluate the impact of ASPIRE/S4 process/system changes on existing SOP and training materials.
Updating: Ensure the SOP to be revised according to the business requirement
Approval: Monitor the approval status, ensuring timely approval and effective.
Training: Ensure updated SOPs and training in a timely manner and 3000+ end user complete training in time, especially for commercial side.
Documentation Maintenance: Build effective mechanism to well maintain ASPIRE/S4 relevant documentation and training materials once the process/system changes.
Business Process Management
Responsible for sustain organizational BPM documentation and lead/participant in process optimization projects.
Support Process Performance Indicator (KPIs), monitor and evaluate process performance, and report regularly.
Project Management: Lead projects by applying professional methodologies (such as BPM, Lean or Six Sigma, project management)
Leadership and Influence: Ability to influence stakeholders to adopt a new approach
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor degree and master preferred
5+ years experience in process and project management
Professions in process improvement, process mapping, modeling, and analysis and project management and lean methodologies
Good analytical skills and a sense of innovation
Ability to influence others and achieve results in complex environments.
Business acumen and solid business knowledge in pharma industry
PMP and Six Sigma certificate will be a plus
