The main duties and responsibilities of this role: + Oversee daily wine service, ensuring smooth coordination with the service team and enhancing guest experience through expert recommendations. + Maintain proper wine stock levels, monitor rotation and storage, and minimize wastage from opened bottles. + Communicate wine availability and actively contribute suggestions for updates to the wine list. + Support team training by sharing product knowledge and participating in tastings and briefings. + Assist with monthly inventories, report discrepancies, and ensure accurate temperature records for wine chillers. + Uphold service standards during peak operations, including refills, pairings, and special requests. **About You:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + Two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a fine-dining standalone/branded restaurant. + Proficient in English and a second language (European languages are desirable). + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros, and Sevenrooms. + Expert in Wine, WSET certification required. + Experience working in a multi-cultural environment. **About the Benefits:** We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
