Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Solutions Support Representative in Houston, TX!** Pay rate: $25/hr Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p, 100% onsite **For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now** Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to: + Will help customers with orders, quotes, tracking, and any related issues + Take customer requests, review technical data/specifications, and put together quotes based on information + Direct technical product specification and pricing information to the customer with support from Sales, Production and Engineering departments + Work on budgetary and formal bid requests to determine product specification and bid parameters, qualifications, stipulations, and time frames. + Fully participate in the project contract process in the CRM, from quoting to sale or possible loss, by justifying, recording, and monitoring the projects through the issue of quotations, influence of customer decision, order entry, and product order fulfillment and after sales product completion efforts. This includes: + Maintain timely and consistent communication with sales personnel regarding the status of pending quotations. + Work closely with the customer and engineering or Production Departments to ensure continuity of submittal, specification, or code issues. + Attend the Project Review meetings, order entry, data and drawing submittal/approval process and negotiations as may be needed after the initial quotation or customer order submittal. + Develop relationship with a variety of customers from different market segments to more easily obtain needed information for developing competitive quotations. + Work closely with Product Managers, Sales Managers, Marketing associates and customers to keep abreast of changes in pricing, products, and program parameters. + Receives, records, and coordinates the response to all customer complaint’s regarding the technical products and services as offered by Encon through the Customer Feedback Response (CFR) process. + Review engineering and architectural “build-outs”, potentially using Business Information Modeling (BIM) design tools to offer technical support on Encon catalog of products. + Other duties as assigned. Education/Certification Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or technical training school in STEM field Experience requirements: + Electrical, Mechanical, or manufacturing technical experience/understanding required + Basic Excel skills needed + Project estimation experience a plus + Solid customer service skills + Strong data entry skills + Must have strong typing skills + Excellent communication skills As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
