Lenovo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and take charge of distribution Services development in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of Lenovo's services through strategic partnerships with distribution partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Build and execute sales strategies to grow services revenue and market share
Partner Management: Manage and grow partnerships with distributors and etailers across DACH
Partner Enablement: Support and train partners to boost Lenovo services sales
Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Market Insights: Analyze market trends to guide strategy and improve partner results
Cross-Functional Alignment: Align with internal teams to deliver smooth execution
Performance Tracking: Track partner performance and drive continuous improvement
SMB Planning: Lead SMB-focused business planning and execution
Business Reviews: Run regular business reviews to spot growth and fix issues
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record in sales and partner development, preferably within the technology or services industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the distribution landscape in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Language: Fluency in German and immediate skills in English is required.
