Your role in our team

As a Solutions Sales Specialist, your main focus will be proactively identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners and customers for Microsoft solutions—with a focus on MS 365, for example CoPilot or Security—while also strengthening relationships with existing clients. You’ll conduct strategic sales conversations, identify commercial opportunities, and translate customer needs into tailored Microsoft offerings. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales and pre-sales teams to reach shared commercial goals.

What will you do?

In this role, you will:

Actively approach and onboard new Microsoft partners and customers.Conduct strategic sales conversations and translate client needs into Microsoft-based solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Security).Drive revenue growth through collaboration with sales and pre-sales colleagues.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.Support effective marketing campaigns to successfully position Microsoft solutions in the market.

What do you bring?

To be successful in this role, you have:

Commercial experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT or the cloud sector.A strong commercial mindset, proactive attitude, and goal-oriented work style.Excellent communication and persuasion skills in both Dutch/Flemish and English.Knowledge of Microsoft solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, or Security) is a strong plus, as is experience in a partner or channel sales environment.
