This includes how to prioritize product strategies into customer outcomes and aligning them for best results through a mix of strategies. The candidate for this role will have a passion for technology, with a deep understanding of the sales and marketing levers and have a vision for how we gain share. The candidate will have the ability to analyze and diagnose business challenges, formulate solutions, and then motivate and influence the broader organization into action.

**Responsibilities**
+ Drive performance measurement and insights across Azure solution plays by defining, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) that span the solution plays.
+ Own and evolve team dashboards and reporting infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, usability, and alignment with business priorities.
+ Partner with stakeholders to surface actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
+ Lead the development of scalable reporting frameworks that support trendspotting, performance benchmarking, and executive storytelling across solution plays and partner-led motions.

**Qualifications**
**Required/minimum qualifications**
+ Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years experience in Data Analysis, Business Planning OR Finance.
**Additional or preferred qualifications**
+ Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
