Job summary:
We are seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager to join Resmed APAC. Reporting to the Solutions Marketing Lead APAC, this role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the designated business and regional marketing functions, to maximise our solutions marketing performance, ultimately delivering key contributions to Resmed’s overall performance and attainment of its 2030 strategic objectives.
Primary objective is to drive our go-to-market (GTM) activities for our Resmed solutions roadmap across the provider and consumer channels in designated market. This role collaborates closely with commercial and consumer marketing teams, as well as sales and retail teams, to maximise portfolio potential and achieve success in both provider and consumer channels.

Support our APAC Solutions Marketing Lead, in taking our global/regional product innovation pipeline and tailor them for launch in the designated market.
Adapt the product marketing 'pack' from regional/global product teams and translate into in-market GTM and lifecycle plans for the designated market -tailoring for local market conditions, sales channel dynamics, and any unique customer/consumer segmentation approaches.
Foster strong working collaboration with Consumer Health and Provider Product Marketing teams.
Partner with the Commercial Marketing and Consumer Marketing teams to drive last mile marketing activities – including the development of detailed GTM programs for product and solutions launches, encompassing internal and external marketing communications, collateral, and product and sales training.
Serves as a solutions partner to the designated market’s marketing and revenue teams – identifying portfolio gaps and opportunities and shaping the market portfolio GTM roadmap in alignment with revenue leaders and across provider and consumer commercial channels.
Partner with the designated market’s sales and finance leads to analyse portfolio performance, optimise portfolio mix, and maintain pricing and promotions discipline across the portfolio.
Support in shaping evergreen portfolio marketing campaigns for the designated market, in close collaboration with commercial and consumer marketing teams.
Work alongside the designated market’s commercial marketing team to optimise the provider channel customer experience when engaging or interacting with Resmed solutions. Be the voice of the market in shaping portfolio nuances and needs together with the APAC Solutions Marketing Lead, providing input and insights to upstream product marketing.
Be the designated market’s portfolio subject matter expert (SME), supporting reactive sales team and customer enquiries, and where required deliver appropriate portfolio training and support to sales and retail teams (train-the-trainer) and provider customers.
Responsible to act as the designated market’s representative in managing product lifecycle issues including Field Safety Notices (FSNs), both in liaising with regional product marketing and relevant stakeholders such as Legal, QA and RA and driving the relevant actions with the sales teams in the market.
Stay abreast of changes and trends in regulatory, government, reimbursement, customer, and competitive environment influencing the market, to ensure compliance and maintain the company’s competitive edge.

Solutions Marketing Expertise – Develop and drive the go-to-market approach for our solutions roadmap, executing the last-mile marketing efforts alongside our commercial and consumer marketing teams.
Market and Channel Insights – Ability to identify the market and channel needs (opportunities and challenges) and be the voice of the market to our innovation roadmap.
Program and cross-functional leader – Work effectively within and lead cross-functional teams to drive our solutions go-to-market activities.
Analytical – Build deep insights into our solutions portfolio mix in the market, ideating ways to maximise the performance of the portfolio alongside our commercial and consumer marketing teams.
Minimum of 3 years of product marketing experience in healthcare or digital healthcare.
Medical devices and/or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Project and product management experience from product lifecycle launch to delivery and post-launch.
Quick to grasp an understanding of relevant market demands and their impact on the portfolio.
Self-starter, able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
