What you'll do Own product success through the entire product and customer lifecycle (acquisition, monetization, and loyalty), including P/L ownership. Create and own product roadmap and portfolio, including VAS (Valued Added Services) portfolio and digital developments. Manage product improvements and KPIs every month and provide actions for corrections The day-to-day Identify enhancements and new products, leveraging data, financial metrics, competitive analysis, and customer insights to establish priorities and roadmaps. Engage, evaluate, and manage internal teams and external partner relationships. Lead, mentor, and train junior team members. What you'll need Champion an agile way of working, defining clear requirements, and collaborating with with UI/UX, engineering and IT teams to streamline design & development. Experience with end-to-end POS product launches. Comfortable with technical details. Ability to have credible conversations with engineers about technical design trade-offs including platforms, frameworks, scalability, and performance.
