Construction Solutions Manager – United States (Remote with Travel)

Following strong growth across Europe and the Middle East, they’re now scaling rapidly in the U.S. and are looking for a Construction Solutions Manager to play a hands-on role in onboarding, implementing, and supporting their clients nationwide.

🏗️ What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of the Delivery team, working directly with construction clients to successfully embed the platform on active job sites. You’ll act as a key point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle-from kickoff to execution-and ensure the solution drives tangible impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting implementation and integration of the platform on live construction projects

Leading onboarding and training sessions with site teams and stakeholders

Acting as a product expert-translating construction workflows into digital processes

Providing feedback to internal teams (product, engineering, sales) to improve outcomes

Managing multiple projects and client relationships in parallel

✅ What They’re Looking For

5+ years of site-based experience in construction, ideally within commercial or industrial sectors

Strong working knowledge of scheduling, progress tracking, and field coordination

Familiarity with BIM and VDC tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)

Excellent communication skills-confident managing stakeholders and presenting to clients

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple active projects

Willingness to travel across the U.S. as needed (typically 1-2 times per month)

💡 Nice to Have

Experience with scheduling platforms like Primavera P6, PowerProject, or MS Project

Background in MEP coordination or related technical delivery roles

Prior exposure to SaaS platforms or construction technology

Bilingual (Spanish, French, or German would be a bonus)
