Join our team as Solutions Lead – SCM Innovation to act as both project manager and innovation catalyst, partnering with technical experts, strategic leaders, and cross‑functional teams to design and deliver cutting‑edge solutions in analytics, automation, and continuous improvement. You’ll join a high‑performing group already driving impactful digitalization, advanced data analysis, and high‑value project execution across the region.
You will:
1.Innovation & Strategy:
Co‑lead SCM innovation initiatives focused on digitalization, automation, and advanced analytics. Facilitate discovery sessions and solution design with internal and external stakeholders.Align technical solutions with strategic supply chain objectives. Stay ahead of emerging trends in analytics, automation, and supply chain innovation.2.Project Leadership:
Manage projects from concept to implementation using agile and traditional methodologies. Build and present business cases with cost‑benefit analysis, ROI projections, and risk assessments. Oversee budgets, expenditures, and vendor negotiations to maximize value delivery. Lead a portfolio of innovation projects, ensuring measurable impact and strategic alignment.3.Data & Automation:
Support development of BI reports (Tableau, Power BI) and process automation (O365 tools, others. Apply data analysis and visualization to inform decision‑making.4.Capability Building:
Contribute to internal capability development through training, documentation, and process standardization. Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to strengthen the innovation culture.You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, analytics or related field.3+ years of previous experience in in Supply Chain, innovation, continuous improvement, or project managementAdvance English Level.Proficiency in project planning and resource allocation using agile and traditional methods.Experience in process digitalization, data analysis, and automation.You Can Expect from the Role:
