Solutions Engineer - Digital Experience Monitoring
**Your role at Dynatrace** Launched in early 2025 to meet skyrocketing demand for exceptional customer experiences, our Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) team is shaping the future of UI and front-end performance. This role will be working with our world-class R&D Lab in Barcelona. This team is scaling a high-growth, high-impact function that directly influences Dynatrace’s 5,000+ global customers. As a Solutions Engineer specializing in Digital Experience Monitoring, you’ll blend deep technical expertise with strategic sales acumen. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a product evangelist, and a key player in driving customer success and revenue growth. **What You’ll Do:** + Deliver expert technical guidance to customers evaluating Dynatrace’s DEM solutions. + Identify and expand DEM usage within existing accounts, partnering closely with sales to drive adoption. + Create scalable, high-impact content that positions you—and Dynatrace—as thought leaders in the space. + Influence product innovation by channeling real-world customer feedback into feature development. + Lead compelling demos, manage POCs, and present to C-level stakeholders. + Represent Dynatrace at events and trade shows, showcasing our vision and capabilities. **What will help you succeed** **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education or experience required. + 5+ years of experience within the digital experience monitoring space with tools such as Catchpoint, GlassBox, Quantum Metric, Full Story, Blue Triangle, + ContentSquare, AppDynamics, DataDog, and New Relic. + Preferred Requirements: + Experience with instrumenting, configuring, and customizing real user monitoring agents for both web and mobile apps + Experience with leveraging query languages or business intelligence tools to extract performance and business answers from real user monitoring data + Advanced Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, and CSS + Experience with session-replay tools + Experience with mobile frameworks such as Cordova, Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, and .NET Maui + Experience with tag management technologies such as Google Tag Manager and Adobe Experience Manager/Cloud. + Knowledge with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure or GCP + Experience with modern technologies like containers, Kubernetes / OpenShift, Serverless functions, and CI/CD pipelines **Why you will love being a Dynatracer** + A one-product software company creating real value for the largest enterprises and millions of end customers globally, striving for a world where software works perfectly. + Working with the latest technologies and at the forefront of innovation in tech on scale; but also, in other areas like marketing, design, or research. + A team that thinks outside the box, welcomes unconventional ideas, and pushes boundaries. + An environment that fosters innovation, enables creative collaboration, and allows you to grow. + A globally unique and tailor-made career development program recognizing your potential, promoting your strengths, and supporting you in achieving your career goals. + A truly international mindset with Dynatracers from different countries & cultures all over the world, and English as the corporate language that connects us all + A culture that is being shaped by the diverse personalities, expertise, and backgrounds of our global team.
