Job Description A leading Oil & Gas company in downtown Houston is seeking a Solutions Engineer / IT Business Analyst to join its Information Systems department. This role plays a critical part in the development, enhancement, and support of enterprise software solutions that drive downstream operationsincluding inventory movement, contract management, and accounting analytics. The application provides strategic insights into third-party contracts and sales activities, supporting internal teams such as Marketing and Accounting, with potential visibility for Engineering divisions involved in transportation deals. This position offers a clear growth path toward becoming a Product Manager or Product Owner. Key Responsibilities Lead the management and continuous improvement of a production-level enterprise application Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, developers, and business stakeholders Prototype and test new features and workflows to enhance user experience Support the full application lifecyclefrom concept to deployment and ongoing optimization Location: Downtown Houston, TX Schedule: Onsite, MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $60$75/hr (based on experience) We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
