About our Team:

Our team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions (LNRS) plays a pivotal role in supporting all pre-sales consulting activities for customers in North LATAM. This team is led by a high-performing leader who guides Solutions Consultants in addressing Fraud and Identity (F&I) and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) challenges using LNRS's extensive product suite.

About the Role:

We are seeking a leader for our Solutions Consulting team. This role involves guiding Solutions Consultants in solving F&I and FCC challenges, supporting strategic accounts, and serving as a subject matter expert for customers and partners. The leader will also mentor and advocate for the team internally.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of solutions consultants to provide pre-sales technical expertise and drive pre-sales functions during the sales process.Nurture the culture and provide a safe environment for taking risks and openly discussing lessons learned.Coach a high-performance team by constantly recognizing their great strengths and effectively and timely providing guidance on opportunities for improvement in key areas for their role.Manage individual and team performance by setting expectations, monitoring performance, providing best practices/tools, and giving timely feedback to meet and exceed goals.Become fluent in all service offerings and product knowledge to support pre-sales and sales teams.Demonstrate the LNRS solutions' value to customers.Build strategic relationships with sales management and integrate team members with selling organizations.Collaborate with sales teams to develop and recommend strategies, products, and services to meet customer requirements.Continuously improve the sales team’s understanding of LexisNexis Risk Solutions portfolio for F&I and FCC, positioning them for success.Inform the leadership team of operational opportunities and help develop missing tools/materials.Understand the market, stay current on the competitive landscape, and work with Market Planning, Product, and Product Marketing teams to capture and document new product enhancements, industry trends, client feedback, and competitor capabilities.Make recommendations for customer proposals, projects, statements of work, and technical documents within the sales process, and identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers.Contribute to Thought Leadership through videos, public presentations, panels, blogs, articles, and white papers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related major or equivalent. Computer Science, Data Science, IS, or IT degree/certifications are a plus.3-5+ years of team management or player/coach experience.5+ years of sales, pre-sales, or post-sales experience in fraud & identity, compliance, sanctions risk management, or information security.Preferred industry experience: banking/financial services, ecommerce, retail, telecom, gaming, payments.Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.Advanced consultative skills with the ability to understand customer issues, strategies, processes, and solutions fit.Demonstrated executive presence and ability to engage at all levels of customer organizations.Advanced oral and written communication skills with expert-level ability to deliver client presentations and performance analysis.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliver results timely.Exceptional collaboration skills with a problem-solving, design-thinking, customer-centric mindset.Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate and interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.Highly self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Lucid Chart or Visio (or similar workflow software) preferred.CRM technology experience preferred.
