Solutions Consultant
We're looking to hire the key product expert and consultant for prospects of Thomson Reuters' audit focused product suite in the UK. The Solution Consultant is expected to provide deep industry, solution or product expertise to support sales processes. The role is more product focused, though a need to be able to position products in a compelling way to engage prospects is essential. Provide demo and product support often with a technical orientation. Default coverage is through virtual channels, while some travel to customers or prospects may occur from time to time.
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Solutions Consultant to join our team within the Tax & Accounting organisation, focused on our Audit products in the UK. Provide specialised consulting to solve business challenges faced by customers using Thomson Reuters software and content solutions in order to gain new business, win market share and increase customer satisfaction.Be responsible for engaging/assisting customers in the pre-sales process, including helping to identify the right offerings that solve the customer’s pain points and increase customer retention.Advise and consult with customers and sales teams to determine product needs.Work with product teams to translate customer feedback into value add enhancements. Act as a technical expert in client meetings and prospect demonstrations.Feature and release education, use case enablement and onboard new clients. Create and deliver client success plans and reviews with clients to optimise usage and continuously drive value.Be an evangelist for the product, via wider client engagement, through webinars, public speaking engagements etc.Either hybrid working (2 days a week in London office) , depending on circumstances and candidate.About You
