Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
+ Certified as a Quality Engineer.
+ 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
+ 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports.
+ Experience in creating functional design documentation used as part of software lifecycle development lifecycle.
+ Experience in one or more of the following areas: data analytics, AI/ML, and IoT technologies quality management systems (21 CFR 820; ISO 9001) cloud computing platforms root cause analysis (CAPA; 8D) product lifecycle management
The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.
+ Serve as the technical expert and point of contact for customer engagements within consumer devices (Pixel, Hearables, Accessories, and Watches).
+ Understand customer business objectives, technical landscapes, and challenges to develop tailored solutions leveraging a product portfolio within the Systems team.
+ Lead technical discussions and presentations with C-level executives, engineering leaders, and technical stakeholders, communicating the value proposition and technical differentiation of the Systems team’s solutions.
+ Develop and deliver technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and prototypes to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Google's offerings as well as deliver technical training and enablement materials for internal teams and customers.
+ Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback, identify product gaps, and contribute to the evolution of Google's solutions for the consumer device markets.
