Job Description

Design robust systems and solutions to enhance operational scale efficiency and data-driven insights aligned with the evolving needs of our growing business. Program manage the technical design and deployment of solutions ensuring alignment with our business roadmap and priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams driving effective prioritization and sequencing of critical work to achieve business goals. Work closely with engineering teams to plan half-yearly roadmaps that align with business priorities and available capacity. Design operational and maintenance processes ensuring ongoing support further development and comprehensive documentation for all solutions. Diligently document and cross-train team members on new and evolving systems.

ResponsibilitiesDesign robust systems and solutions to enhance operational scale efficiency and data-driven insights.Program manage the technical design and deployment of solutions ensuring alignment with our business roadmap and priorities.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams driving effective prioritization and sequencing of critical work to achieve business goals.Work closely with engineering teams to plan half-yearly roadmaps that align with business priorities and available capacity.Design operational and maintenance processes ensuring ongoing support and further development.Develop comprehensive documentation for all solutions.Diligently document and cross-train team members on new and evolving systems.Essential SkillsProficient understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema, and SQL.Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.Experience with forecasting processes and system integrations.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to lead complex technical programs from initiation to completion.Clear communication skills across engineering, marketing, and sales teams.Strong problem-solving skills individually and in group settings with a deep understanding of business drivers.Additional Skills & QualificationsB.S. in a business-related or quantitative field, such as Engineering or Management Information Systems.8 years of experience in building technology solutions in enterprise sales organizations.Work Environment

The Sales Operations Core Solutions team is a global division within the Reality Labs Global Sales organization, responsible for enabling rapid business scaling across retail and commercial channels. Focused specifically on Reality Labs Sales and partnerships, the team covers all hardware and software products created by Meta Reality Labs globally. The team is split into two pillars: Solutions Systems and PMO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.
