If so, let's start the conversation. **About the Role:** The Solutions Architect is a key driver of innovation and implementation at Iron Mountain's Digital Business Unit (DBU). This role bridges business needs with technical solutions to deliver impactful projects. With 5+ years of experience in designing and selling enterprise solutions, the ideal candidate excels in solution design leveraging hybrid architecture for Information, Content, and Data Management. The role requires travel up to 50% annually. **Key Characteristics:** + **Leadership:** Expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and software development. + **Communication:** Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and aligning solutions with client needs. + **Humility:** Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and growth. + **Drive:** Proactive and entrepreneurial, focused on innovation and client satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** + Understand customer environments and address challenges with Iron Mountain solutions. + Design and scope complex solutions across Iron Mountain's Digital offerings. + Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). + Support RFPs, RFQs, and technical aspects of integrations and migrations. + Create architectural diagrams and ROI models to build strong business cases. + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate sales cycles. + Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their impact. **Key Skills and Competencies:** + Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages. + Expertise in crafting LLM prompts to enhance automation and customer experiences. + Experience in data recognition, machine learning, AI, and content management. + Knowledge of Cloud SaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise data protection. + Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. + Familiarity with industries such as finance and healthcare is a plus. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. + Proven experience in pre-sales or solution selling for technology-driven solutions. + Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients at all levels. **Additional Information:** Iron Mountain is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse backgrounds.
