You’ll work closely with our teams across customer, retail, marketing & data to design technology solutions that are smart, scalable, and deliver real value to our colleagues and customers. What you’ll do:

Partner with business and technology teams to design end to end solutions that meet our needs for now and in the future.

Ensure solutions align with our architecture principles, roadmaps and security standards.

Provide technical leadership through the full delivery lifecycle.

Translate business needs into clear, achievable technical designs.

Stay curious - spotting opportunities to innovate and improve.

Required Skils:

Experience in public cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

Experience in multi-million user systems, auto-scaling, database sharding, performance monitoring, and resilience patterns.

Desirable Skills:

Customer data platforms, real-time personalisation engines, campaign management, and third-party integrations.

Points engines, tier management, redemption workflows, transaction processing, and omnichannel reward experiences.

Proven experience in solution architecture across complex enterprise environments

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and integration patterns

The ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels
