As a member of the Solutions Architecture team, you will be on the frontline helping customers achieve success using AWS technologies, connecting technology with measurable business value for organizations ranging from startups to large enterprises. You will serve as a trusted customer advocate, helping them understand advanced cloud-based solutions and how to migrate existing workloads to the cloud.

Our relationship with customers defines this role. We collaborate on technical architectures, engage in whiteboarding sessions, demonstrate service functionality, deliver workshops, build proof of concepts, support customers in defining production deployment steps, analyze architectures through the lens of our Well-Architected Framework, and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Simultaneously, we maintain current technical knowledge and focus on our preferred technical domains.

- This position requires taking end-to-end ownership of customer engagements, from initial assessment through implementation. Success in this role means defining clear objectives, success criteria, and technical roadmaps aligned with customers' goals, while partnering with them to accelerate their cloud adoption journey.

- Essential responsibilities include developing and executing strategies by effectively engaging technical teams including Solutions Architects, TAMs, CSMs, and partners. The ideal candidate excels at building strong relationships across organizations to drive customer success, demonstrating leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

- As a thought leader in the technical community, the role involves public speaking, conducting workshops, authoring white papers, and creating blog content. Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying and sharing best practices, and delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers are fundamental aspects of this position.
