The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Billing and Revenue Management. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement innovative solutions to enhance our technological framework. The position operates during the day shift with no travel required , As our next Solutions Architect you will make an impact by leading and organizing the actions in the team You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with manager , co-workers and all the organization in the project.** **In this role, you will:** **Responsibilities** **· Design and implement scalable technology solutions using Aera to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.** **· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with existing systems.** **· Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture.** **· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.** **· Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and reliability.** **· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs and technical processes.** **· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture.** **· Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.** **· Lead efforts to optimize billing and revenue management processes through innovative technology solutions.** **· Monitor and troubleshoot system issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.** **· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and align technology strategies accordingly.** **· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.** **· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology architecture.** **Work model: Remote or Irving, TX.** **We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
