**About the role**
**We are seeking a Technology Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience specializing in Aera technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Billing and Revenue Management. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement innovative solutions to enhance our technological framework. The position operates during the day shift with no travel required , As our next Solutions Architect you will make an impact by leading and organizing the actions in the team You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with manager , co-workers and all the organization in the project.**
**In this role, you will:**
**Responsibilities**
**· Design and implement scalable technology solutions using Aera to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.**
**· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with existing systems.**
**· Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture.**
**· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.**
**· Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and reliability.**
**· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs and technical processes.**
**· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture.**
**· Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.**
**· Lead efforts to optimize billing and revenue management processes through innovative technology solutions.**
**· Monitor and troubleshoot system issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.**
**· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and align technology strategies accordingly.**
**· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.**
**· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology architecture.**
**Work model: Remote or Irving, TX.**

**What you need to have to be considered**
+ Possess extensive experience in Aera technology with a proven track record of successful implementations.
+ Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
+ Have a solid understanding of billing and revenue management processes and systems.
+ Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
+ Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and reliable technology architectures.
+ Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry developments.
+ Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology or a related field.

**Salary and Other Compensation:**
**Applications will be accepted until July 20th 2025.**
The annual salary for this position is between $120,500 - $142,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
