We are currently seeking a talented Digital Product Implementation Manager (Solution Success Manager for APA Delivery of IT, Data & Digital Transformation) to join our team at BASF's Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory. The ideal candidate has a strong motivation to take ownership for the successful product implementations.

 

 

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities 

 

Manage effective communication within the stakeholders and support leadership engagementCoordinate activities and act as a bridge between the product and the stakeholdersYou will collect specific requirements and prioritize them for the Digital product teamsNegotiate release plans and rollout priorities in alignment with leadershipTrack implementation progress and validate data during test cyclesEnsure prerequisites such as business processes, data availability, and correctness are in placeIdentify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct post-implementation reviewsMonitor compliance with business requirements, interface documentation, and overall implementation progress

 

 

Requirements

 

Education

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

Working Experience

 

At least has 5 years of operative experience in either senior project leadership or team leadership role, preferably in IT, Data, Digital TransformationProven experience leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably in the agricultural or related industry.Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Work experience within Digital teams and jobsExperience in internal or external stakeholder management & project experience

 

Technical & Professional Knowledge

 

Strong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet project deadlinesCommunication and collaboration skillsConflict management and ownership skillsExperience in Agile principles, values and practices are bonusIn-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and system landscape
