Solution Partner Sales Professional (Fire Safety, Security and Building Automation Systems)

The role offers a wide variety of interesting and challenging opportunities to the right candidate to join our sales team and partner management at Siemens Building Products (SI BP).
As Siemens BP, we offer smart building solutions and services, energy efficiency and digitalization solutions to our customers, our Solution Partners. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic sales professional who will identify, develop and finalize new sales opportunities, manage and coordinate Solution Partner Channel.

What part will you play?
• Manage Solution Partner sales channel, follow sales figures, make strategy for channel, develop business with Solution Partners.

• Connect and build relationship with new customers to identify and qualify sales leads (develop sales funnel)
• Understand customer needs and requirements. Being a part of project design, providing tailored solutions to customers, creating the highest work efficiency and profitability
• Define, run, and start lobbying with market influencers such as planners, specifiers, insurance specialists, etc.
• Develop comprehensive proposal that includes technical solutions, BoQ, costing and commercial terms and follow up effectively.
• Make presentations at customer meetings, seminars and the other organizations.
• Work with operations, finance, project management, procurement, legal, and other inside and outside resources to obtain customer commitment.
• Conduct and finalize contract negotiation in coordination with the contract manager for Solution Partners.
• Keep current on market and business trends as well as competitors.


What you need to make real what matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equal.
• Good technical knowledge of Fire Safety, Security and Building Management systems
• 5+ years of solution selling experience in related fields.
• Expert level of knowledge in MS Office,
• Basic knowledge of commercial fundamentals
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and customer focused
• Excellent communication skills at different levels up to the management level
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken
• Active driver with no travel restrictions

Location: Istanbul is the preferred location, however, open to other locations across Turkey.
