We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an IT OTC Solution Manager. You will identify and deliver the best possible solution to meet our business requirements, maximizing standard functionalities and features of the existing or future systems that support the Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. You will help us by building capabilities, modernizing existing platforms and deploying a rapidly expanding SAP S/4 Retail & CAR-based Commercial Backoffice solution for the PMI US Market.

You will ensure high quality deployments of the product covering order management, finance and in-market logistics capabilities to new markets and sales channels while managing the development of additional product capabilities to address new requirements for commercial operations and fiscal compliance.

You will oversee the activities of several partner teams and will be accountable for the assessment, scoping, implementation timeline, quality and cost as well as continuous improvement of deployment methods.

Your ‘day to day’:

Drive IT OTC strategy and execution. Lead and govern the portfolio of IT OTC solutions.  Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business evolution, provide direction and change management.Anticipate the business/customer and technical needs by defining the IT solutions; via promoting the IT offerings, introduction of new services, or evolving existing services.Execute the design, build and deployment of IT solutions while providing maintenance and support for the solutions.Manage external and internal service providers to ensure that service levels are met.  Responsible for budget and vendor management.Manage, lead and motivate the product/project team.  Manage engagement with external consultant(s) or contractor(s)Collaborate with central Product Team consisting of IT Solution Architects, business and IT Subject Matter Experts to evaluate and design the missing functionality required for commercial operations in the new markets.Ensure adherence to PMI IT Policy Framework (ITPF) on security & Data Privacy standards to minimize risks regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data.Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and standards to achieve full compliance of solution and services.

Who we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree, preference from Information Technology or related major.Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Project/Program Management role, at least 3 years in a large scale/complex setup.Deep understanding of Project Management methodologies and frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAFe, etc.) and a practical experience applying them in a standalone or hybrid arrangement.Practical experience deploying SAP ERP products and understanding of related development toolkit and methodologies (ECC / S4HANA, CAR, BTP, CI, RISE, Activate). Strong experience on SAP SD/Finance/S4Hana Retail and CAR is an advantage. Good knowledge of FMCG business specifics (B2B2C, from sales to fulfillment, invoicing to financial and tax reporting).Excellent communication, process organization and interpersonal skills, showcasing ability to lead virtual teams, communicate with multiple stakeholders and senior management.Fluent in English both written and verbal to interact with an international/global team on a daily basis.Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

 

Annual Base Salary Range: $123,750-$165,000
