As an AI Business Solutions Engineering Manager at Microsoft, you will lead a team of Solution Engineers in empowering our enterprise customers to achieve more through Microsoft’s cloud and AI technologies. As a manager of Solution Engineers, you will engage with key customer technical decision-makers, leveraging deep technical and industry knowledge to build credibility and ensure technical wins. The role includes orchestrating team resources, maximizing customer engagement impact, accelerating presales activities through deep technical expertise and thought leadership – as well as overseeing solution demonstrations, guiding customers through digital transformation, and identifying new technical and business trends. This is a chance to shape strategy, influence key decision-makers, and be at the forefront of cloud innovation.

+ Hire, coach, and develop a diverse team of Solution Engineers. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth.

+ Guide the team to design effective cloud solutions that address real business needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
+ Ensure quality and consistency by sharing best practices and encouraging collaboration across teams and functions.
+ Sales Accountability & Deal Acceleration: Own your team’s contribution to AI Business Solutions revenue targets. Lead technical strategy in deal reviews and account planning to convert technical progress into sales velocity. Install strong pre-sales discipline, opportunity tracking, delivery on commitments, and adherence to sales methodologies.
+ Promote strong execution through disciplined opportunity management, clear accountability, and follow-through.
+ Align technical activities with business priorities by working closely with sales, partners, and other stakeholders to focus on what matters most.
+ Support innovation and solution excellence by coaching architectural design, prototypes, and pilots that accelerate customer adoption.
+ Encourage modern, consultative sales approaches to position solutions with credibility and insight.
+ Extend reach through partner collaboration, enabling engineers to work effectively with partners to deliver complete, scalable solutions and overcome challenges.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ People management(direct or indirect) experience in the technology industry, leading technical teams, ideally in pre-sales.
**Preffered Qualifications**
+ Proven ability to coach talent, build skills and scale teams.
+ Technical experience in Cloud and AI, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Business Application and Employees Experience (or equivalent platforms) across multiple domains.
+ Experience leading technical conversations with customers, from understanding requirements to presenting solutions and managing objections. Able to translate complex solutions into clear business value.
+ Experience developing technical strategies aligned to business goals, including coordination with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, engineering and partners.
+ Experience advising senior technical and executive stakeholders, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, accessible way.
