This position will work on a team of business intelligence developers to create Enterprise Level information products and applications.  The position will provide technical leadership with a focus on infrastructure setup and backend development.

Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) every week.

This role reports to our office in Alpharetta, Georgia. 

This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support. 

This is a direct-hire role and is not open to C2C or vendors.

What you’ll do

Build robust data pipelines to facilitate custom visualizations and applications.

Lead the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of internally facing cloud applications.

Create proof of concept applications, leveraging AI to solve business problems.

Ensure solutions are compliant with security controls and technical standards.

Demonstrate technical leadership to other team members and play an active role in their learning journeys.

What experience you need

5-7 years of overall experience as a Data Practitioner or BI Developer.

3+ years experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (LookML).

3+ years experience with Python or node.js.

Prior experience building CI/CD pipelines.

3+ years experience with GCP tools such as Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Functions, Dataflow, BigQuery.

2+ years experience working with production environments.

What could set you apart

Strong communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to learn independently. 

Experience with version control systems (especially Git).

Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer or Google Cloud Professional Developer certification or similar.

Experience with application development involving AI or machine learning.

Experience with Angular, React, or similar.

LookML experience.
