We are looking for a Solution Director (NLP/ AI Data Service) to join our growing team in United States!
Qualitest is looking for a Solution Director to support our rapidly growing AI Data Services organization in the area of NLP, Speech and Language services. The Solutions Director will oversee all aspects of our solutions strategy and delivery for projects in the NLP, speech and language areas. We are looking for a seasoned solutions professional with extensive domain knowledge with a keen attention to detail, excellent follow-through and a can-do attitude along with general technical skills.
We are looking for professionals with a background in delivering NLP and language solutions to augment our core team of thought leaders and practitioners to enhance our services delivery capability for AI Data Services. Qualified candidates will have a successful track record as a hands-on solutions and delivery manager with NLP, speech and language projects. The Solutions Director will use their proven background in this domain to support the overall strategy and growth of our business. They will primarily support the solutions architecting and delivery of our NLP, speech and language managed services and managed projects and the overall evolution and growth of our AI Data Services practice.
The following will be the focus areas for this role:
Services Strategy: Help evolve our NLP, Speech and Language service offerings to address changing market needs, new industries and new focus areas to offer our services. Managed Projects Delivery: As the ultimate leader responsible for project execution, oversee project delivery through effective program management, organizing teams, manage reporting and metrics and career development. Plan execution strategies for our NLP solutions leveraging global locations including overseeing logistics and coordination for those initiatives. Enable growth and scaled development of our delivery capabilities globally. Sales support: Support the sales team in business development meetings and opportunity qualification, proposal responses and technical guidance when requested. Help drive account and sector focused business development strategies. Hiring Support: Support hiring and development of personnel to the team. Provide technical guidance, candidate qualifications and help with recruiting team skills development. Training: Support training and dissemination domain knowledge across the enterprise through a combination of in-house developed and vendor developed technical training. Thought Leadership: Help develop thought leadership material by way of white papers, blogs, case studies and presentations for dissemination via company website, email, seminars, webinars. Help with developing effective managed services delivery processes, reporting and metrics and continuous improvement of services.
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in the NLP/Speech/Language services space. Extensive experience with creating global solutions in multiple locales in the NLP space for large enterprise clients. Ability to implement new processes, detailed documentation, and cross functional reporting with stakeholders. Excellent at documenting and reporting data utilizing Excel and PowerPoint. A proactive approach to communicating plans/updates/status effectively to the client. The ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and come up with viable solutions when problems present themselves. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire team members, especially during uncertainty. Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills. Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Process oriented individual with a high attention to detail. Strong strategic thinking, analytic and business skill. This role will require some travel (~25%).
